I worked with a program called ACT a couple of years ago. It is expensive, but will do all you want it to, and more. It can be interfaced with most billing programs, It does mailing, contact manager, has email capabilities, and is relatively easy to use. you can set it up to suit your business and it can grow with your business.

And before you think I am selling it, I'm not. I just liked the program when I used it. They use to have a website, you might want to look it up. It was Act.com and it is a Contact Manager program/

Good Luck

hmm? i use but you need a website for that eventually. if you have a brick and mortar, you can have people sign up for a newsletter by leaving their email address written on a sheet of paper while you build your client list. if you have a website, hosting companies come with a mailing list feature or program that they give you to use.
