It is expensive, but will do all you want it to, and more. It can be interfaced with most billing programs, It does mailing, contact manager, has email capabilities, and is relatively easy to use. you can set it up to suit your business and it can grow with your business. And before you think I am selling it, I'm not. I just liked the program when I used it. They use to have a website, you might want to look it up.
