My company is a software developing one. I am making a marketing document for custom software development service. I need your help. If your business needs to hire a company to develop a software adapting to the needs of your business, what are your 3 most concerns?
The most points of concerns are:- 1) It may be known to others even just after your work is finished by them, if there had not been a vigorous penalty clause included in the agreement document. 2) Your clients might not get access to the software developer. 3) You might not percolate the full use of the software to the developer, nor you mention the names of any of your client to them. Think this will help you to be cautious.
