What do you call a person who prepare business plans for companies?

    Well, if he/she do that to offer the target company his/her service than it can be an investment banker (if he/she then handle the public offering). If he/she’s contracted to do the service by providing the business plan then it’s management consultant. If he/she just receive the data from the company & arrange to get it edited/ printed then it’s an editor/ publisher :)
