No, I don’t, but it seems difficult to “sell the sizzle” without divulging much to them so they don’t even pay you, but only figure out your plan, and get started on their own….
They might be talking about prosper.com. At Prosper, lenders bid money for various loan reasons. Some of which are for business plans.
Prosper loans are personal loans, so even if your business idea goes bad you are still responsible for the loan. And the rate at which you can borrow money is based on your personal credit score. The upside is they don’t get any profits from your business like some venture capitalists. So everything you make beyond the loan you get to keep.
